New to the forum, would rather be welding in the garage than typing this message. Been into rodding since I was 16 years old, and that was a long time ago. Bought a 31 Ford coupe when was 16, still have it today. That car has been done and redone a couple of times and is about to undergo the rebuild again. My present ride is a 49 DeSoto convert with a 351 Ford 351 CJ and C6. I clipped the original frame at the firewall, hand built a front frame and installed a Chrysler long torsion bar suspension. I did all the work, suspension, body, paint, and uphoulstery myself. All for now, off to the garage.
