Hey!!! Just thought id say hello to everyone. A former instructor pointed me to this site. My names Brian, from Oroville, WA. Its a small town, 4 miles from canada, 1500 people, on the lake. I used to have an 83 s-10, lowered, 350, 700r4, edelbrock intake and carb, true duals, flame throwers, 17's, but wanted something different. So i sold that, and took my dads 65 panel, and chopped it 6" at Wyotech(good school, learned alot, never touched a welder before that). SO yeah, i chopped it, cut my gl***, then drove the panel home 1200 miles, it was fun. ANyway, yeah, im a young kid, 19, big into all extreme sports, and currently sending out and hand delivering resumes(abour 60-80) at the moment, while working with my dad as a mechanic, looking for a metal fab street rod job, and workin on the panel in my spare time, while still just hanging out and havin fun while i still can. There are some pics of the panel. Any questions, comments, suggestions, maybe parts i need, or anything like that, let me knwo, as i have about 125 pics from the whole chop. Thanks guys.

YOU WENT -YOU SAW- YOU LEARNED-WELCOME TO THE HAMB! Nice intro even tho the rude folk dont think its necessary....and let me be the first to wish you luck on the hunt for a permanenet job......great username too.
Brian, Do NOT let the folks at YAKIMA catch you bungie cording your bike to the bumper of your panel like that. What if your idea caught on with other cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts? No more need for MOJOES, STEELHEADS, and POWDERHOUNDS. And if everyone drove a panel like yours? How the hell are they gonna sell any ROCKETBOXES or BASKETCASES? I mean, it could upset the economy of your entire state (well, except for that little software company in Redmond). And as to your comment about "just hanging out and havin fun while i still can"... Man, you have got the RIGHT idea. Wish I would have thought like that at 19. (Not to mention having developed the skills to chop a panel like you did). Welcome to the HAMB and best of luck in the job hunt! -murph
Good job young man. That sure is a lotta top to chop. Welcome to the HAMB and have fun, Big Daddy Eric
Just thought id post a pic from graduation, you can tell i love my panel. Im the little one in front with the gl***es.
Brian, Glad the trip home went well. Good luck with your job search, just remember to stay humble. You're better off to suprise someone with what you can do and not talk yourself into a hole. Now get that thing lowered. ALOT! Brick
Cool panel, thats a lot of metal to cut! Now slam that thing to the ground! All you newbs take notice: He did a nice intro. He posted pics. He filled out his bio.
