Just want to say hi to everyone and thank JeffB2 for extending me the invitation to join. I have a 54 Mainline 2door with a 6cyl, auto. I've had it for 4 years, the bodywork was already done, I've done all of the mechanical stuff, brakes, suspensions, fuel system, 12v, etc. The interior is the next project. This is the first car I ever attempted this with. I've spent most of my formative years with Harleys. It's gonna be interesting...
Hi and welcome. Another '54? Lots of 'em here. Truck parts sales? I've also sold lots of medium duty and OTR truck parts, but many years ago.
Welcome aboard.... you will find a bunch of great guys on here with some pretty amazing projects and finished cars. Check them all out, you will be glad you did.
Thanks to Jeff for pointing out this board to the guys over at the 54 Ford Club forums...that's where most of us 54 guys are coming from raceron. Between the two forums, I get almost all of my questions answered. I guess it's fitting that there are a lot of 54's in this group though...for the most part, they share the body style with the earlier cars and the mechanicals with the later cars.
