New old dog with a 48 Packard

Papa Mike say'n hi from Nor Cal. First off, I just want to say that I've been reading the Journal for a while. It's the best!!!
This is my first thread.
I have a 48 Packard Coupe with a great chop job. I'd like to find out who did it. I think it was done in the San Jose area. Any help will be appreciated.
