New (old) guy 93 F150 baaad rusty roof

Many careers ago have fixed lots of rusty stuff. Recently obtained 93 F150. Alberta truck, owned in 95, in family since, shipped from Ab. To PEI to restore and reacquaint.
Son said “roof rusty” didn’t mention holes….
Options: blast, braze, acid Wash, high build primer or cut/replace.
Bad enough windshield, headliner etc. coming out anyway .
