I'm an old guy now, only a few years from retirement. I have owned a 1936 Plymouth coupe roller for twenty years that has no ***le. I have installed a Chevy 10 bolt rear and a front Chevy disc brake conversion, but that's it. I have on and off searched out ways to get a ***le, but have not gotten anything from the net that leads to an end. The lack of progress is mostly due to not having a ***le. The plan is to go fenderless as a highboy coupe. I have chevy 350/350 mounts in a box. The car will retain its stock steering box, but the axle will be flipped on the lessoned leaves, and coil overs will set final front height. The back will be low, and rear tires will be about 29" diameter to fill the huge cavity. The front axle will be moved forward about 2". I should have had the car on the road years ago, but family, house, and income have at least stored the car in a garage out of harm's way!
