New on the east coast

hey there. i've been lurking for a while. mostly looking at pics, especially the friday art show. figured i'd sign up. I'm outside philly.Have a couple of cars. not exactly hot rods like most here but i have a

'63 ragtop bug i got thsi past year and daily drive



heading lowered and striped or something on it. its a 12v conversion and has dual 44 webers, so it moves a bit.

then i have my 'fun' car. '73 dune buggy. 1776, mostly stock otherwise (enginewise anyway)



and yeah it gets used....

they've won some awards, mostly people's choice. not show cars but people seem to really like them.

alot of interesting stuff on here. hoping to one day have an early roadster or something. but for time beiing its vws. easy to work on and relatively cheap.
