Greetings. I bought a Cadillac Superior ambulance and I'll be looking for mostly technical information. I'm a do-it-myselfer, but have almost no experience with anything larger than 4 cylinders! I'm rather adept at working on old British minis, but haven't any experience with these larger beasts, yet I'm looking forward to learning!

It runs and drives, but I fear there's rumbling in the wheelbearings or perhaps the front suspension... this car is an unrestored original but needs lots of attention... First up: tackling a front suspension rebuild and learning where the best parts sources are.

welcome to the hamb, spank. i like your choice of car-- let's see some pictures of it.

front wheel bearings are easy, and you can get those at your local parts store. as far as front end, i get my caddy front end parts at Kanters Auto http://www.kanter.com/. They have good service, quality and some of the better pricing ive seen.
