Is this common practice here? I've been a silent member since 2018 but made my first post yesterday and it was quietly removed. Any idea why, mods?

I delete posts all the time without a notification. Sometimes I'm just too busy or I'm on my phone or... I sort of rely on folks to know the rules before they post.

That being said, I didn't delete anything of yours. Maybe another mod did... What was the thread about?

Found it. You posted a modern Pro-Street car. That is not something we cover here. Sorry.

    I appreciate the response.

What "modern" pro-street car did I mention in there? I know they were all tubbed, but was it the g***ers?

That said, I was throwing something out to the H.A.M.B. community as a whole for a huge cache of Ford parts/engines..and yes, those cars. Not sure it warranted deletion, honestly.

Well, it was also pretty much a cl***ified ad in general discussion.

Sorry man... We run the joint as best we can, but realize there is no way to make everyone happy.

Your site, your rules. I get it. I'm sure I would've gotten flagged for a cl***ified ad with no prices (per the rules), which is why I put it there.

Getting harder to "enjoy" the car scene online, ain't gonna lie.

    Have a good one.

Yes... all cl***ified ads have to have a price. Sorry.

Yup, I deleted that and sent a notification ( the red lightning bolt near the top of the page) even if your post wasn’t an ad we don’t cover tubbed cars here. We cover cars modified as they would have been mid 60’s and prior.
