I thought that it might be helpful to post any products that could help the folks in our group. I have 2- one is Ford specific, and one is in response to a trim question.

I just got my new issue of R+C yesterday and there are now new inner and outer rockers being produced for 55-56 Ford 4Dr body styles (including wagons). www.emsautomotive.com

Also, stainless steel moulding: 3/8 and 1/2 inch widths with a bunch of options. Sold by the foot. McMillan Rod + Custom- www.mcmillanrodandcustom.com

Thanks, Scott. I saw that ad, too. I'll need to replace both rockers on my Victoria and have been curious as to which company made good replacements. These look like winners to me. Their website says they will have lower fenders, front quarters and rear quarters soon...perhaps already.

Back in the day replacement rocker panels looked more like gutters than car parts and were most often intended to be put on over, rather than replace, the rusted originals. They were oversize, as you can imagine, and looked even worse than the rust. Hot rodders would cut up perfectly good junk yard donor cars to get good unrusted rockers and quarters. What a waste!

These look great. Thanks for the heads-up! :)
