The Merc is done, so this heap is next. It is the body panels of a 39 Ford coupe. Body, doors, decklid, etc. No dash, mouldings, hood hinges or anything like that. The frame seems to be about a 48 Ford truck. (YES, it will have a normal 39 frame. Anybody have an extra??) It actually looks WAAAY better in pics than it is. The bottom 6 inches of the body is fiberglass, chicken wire and bondo. Plus, some bozo cut off the drip rails. (yuck..) But I don't care, I like it. It is really one of the better cars I have started with. She will be shiny black with straight spoke Americans and a big*****ing Pontiac motor. Should be done for HAMB Drags 2010. They reproduce the drip rails in front and back halves. Judging by your Merc, you'll end up with a really cool '39. Good Luck!
it's hard building a******** car or a total pile of junk, but when a guy can do it and make it look good, the bragging rights are so much sweeter. my hat is off to you good sir. good luck and godspeed.

Jeff,I have seen a few cars you have built that were pretty rough to start with so I figure this one is almost a cream puff!
