Well guys here is my new project. If everything goes well I should be starting on it in July. It has a flathead 6 in it. Is it pretty easy to swap out for a flathead 8?

Nice, is that your other stuff in the background? How do you decide which to work on first?

Considering that the flathead v8 was an option it should be easy to find the correct parts. Check Dennis Carpenter, Bob Drake, Sacramento Vintage Ford, Macs and I'm sure many more vendors are out there that can help you with your project. Or maybe just go with a nasty Ford 427 side oiler, top loader 4 speed and 9 inch with 3:73s. lol
