Also, the windshield is waaaay too low for me. I am going to go back to full height windshield. It will look a bit out of proportion but will be much nicer to drive. I am hoping that leaning the windshield back will make it look a bit better.

I feel your pain! Being 6 foot tall and having a windshield that is chopped means I can barely see traffic lights when I am stopped. Sometimes I can see the reflection of them in the paint on the hood. If I have the roof off no problem but with it on I'm all scrunched up trying to see the light! Cracks my brother up when he rides with me...

Here are a few pics I took over the weekend of the latest development. I am fitting the roadster with full fenders. Of course the frame is zee’d 4” at the cowl, so the am bobbing the rears and sectioning the splash panels to line up with the front fenders.

Oh, and I picked up a set of these that I am thinking of using for the roadster. Not exactly H.A.M.B. friendly (being dated 1981) but awesome nonetheless. IMG_1286.jpeg

I’ve been looking for a nice set of used Tru-spokes at swap meets for years. I swear the 70’s is gonna be the next era of hot rodding to come back in style.
