Mmmmm....Procharger, prolly a P1SC. Hot cam, LT4 intake, fast burn heads. Gonna want an intercooler for that big *** blower. Prolly a bigger throttle body, too.

You are going to need someone to reprogram the computer. If you can't find anyone PM and I'll send you the info on the best at doing that.

He likely can answer all your questions also. There are complete supercharger kits for this engine available. Unless you can make your own you are going to find that suitable headers are stupid money. If you have alot of clearance you can use F-body headers which are cheaper.

had PCMforless do a re-program already but will more than likely need to be done again once the supercharger is on..Im sure injector size will be an issue too..wonder if there is a complete kit to do this and i just havent found it?

Well I see you have already found who I was going to suggest. lol

I don't recall what all the kit had but I can't imagine that the injectors wouldn't be included or at least note which ones to use as no, the stock ones won't be suitable.

Check out the C4 section on www.corvetteforum.com. There is a forum dedicated to supercharging, turbocharging and putting nitrous oxide on LT series engines. I like to go there and think about nitrous oxide on my LT4 Corvette. :)

Use a paxton on the LT1. Youll need the Lt4 intake for sure the stock LT1 doesnt flow very will. also up the fuel injectors i think stock are 18 or 22 im not sure 26 or 25 will be good. intercooler definately. get a boost controller to help with fuel and timing management. you will need the computer reflashed for the new injectors and ignition. put an LS1 cam in it they work great for blower applications, and maybe a good set of headers something ceramic coated to help with the incresed heat from the raised compression.

So: LT4 intake, LS1 cam, headers, ignition system with boost controller, intercooler (air-to-air), fuel injectors, computer reflashed. with all this being said and done with 7-8 Psi you should be nicely into the mid 500 Hp range.
