1) buy as complete a starter vehicle as possible - big wrong, bought a nekkid 40 PU cab and a bare frame. 2) buy a starter in the best condition possible for the money you have - UgH Rust and more rust and missing floorboards and dented roof and and and 3) have a work space and the needed tools to keep the project from dragging. Nope- stored the stuff 200 miles away at parents shop building 4) have a plan - don't have a clue anyone can add to this list
dont plan on building any of your own parts thats why they made 1 800 numbers............................... YEAH RIGHT!!
Well then again if you have the room, consider this the #1 truck - then keep your eyes out for a #2 and a #3. Someday you'll have enough trucks to build one complete one. Meanwhile, start in on this frame and ......you get the idea. Just my 2 cents worth.
