My previous Griffin radiator was working alright in the 100F heat here in Louisiana but I am going to be adding some A/C next month and was concerned it wouldn't be able to handle the extra load. I have a crossflow rad from a latemodel mustang that I put in my 64 Falcon. Seems how the 56 is closer to driving then the Falcon the rad got pillaged. This will give me a good chance to test out this Norther Radiator. It is 19x29 with dual spal fans and shroud. Tomorrow I need to finish up the top mount and make it look more factoryish. Old setup. New setup New rad x member. x member in place.
The new one or the old one Jeff? The Griffin rad would creep up to about 200 when it gets around 100+. With the extra heat from the condenser I don't want to have heating problems this summer. Over kill in the radiator department will never let you down in my opinion.
