Hey guys, just wanted to show you some stuff we've been developing at RoadChamps toys, I'm now a product manager here and currently work on all the RoadChamps line. We split the boys action line into two lines, Fly wheels and RoadChamps.
The Fly wheels is a new line of performance/collector wheels, not only are the exact replicas of cl***ic wheels, they come with a launcher and go over 35 mph! We've been playing TV ads on this item and they hot sellers at Walmart and TRU. I am pushing we make more cl***ic stuff, we have about 5 cl***ic and most the other ones are Tuner/racing wheels and tires.
On my RoadChamps line, we currently have Custom Garage at Kmart, It's been selling good and most likely go into Walmart aswell. Basically you get a dingy old beater and "restore and customize" your car. I am pushing to get a straight axle setup so we can have a g***er series. And yes we do have some radir-ese wheels on these.
The cars vary in years we've got a lot of mid 90's and muscle and 50s cars.
Just wanted to share this with you collectors.

I'll p*** this valuable information on to my 4 year old, well he'll be 4 in May.

  3. I am so on those for my son, sounds like something that would be fun for both of us to play with. He loves to "play car show" with his Hot Wheels. :) Thanks for the heads up..

Those "Fly Wheels" look a lot like a cool toy I had as a kid called a "Fire Tire". Pull the rip-cord and the wheel hauls ***... even more fun over ramps and stuff. Will definitely have to score a few for the "kids" to play with. Okay, sing it like Ren - "Mem-o-reeeez"

I'd love to have that steelie with the wide whites... never seen that one in the stores. I'm sure that one flies off the shelves with collectors.

The restore and customize your car is an interesting concept. So many of the toys now are so "done" I think it's a refreshing. In a simple way it's like the old Erector sets of days gone by. You learned how things went together with those toys.

Some cool stuff man! I'll have to trade you some Muscle Machines for some RoadChamps.

Here's a pic of our new 58 Edsel.
