.... resources for my next project. So.... my name is JT. I live in Menomonee Falls, WI (just NW of the Milwaukee border). Professionally, I build & test prototype Harleys. I have built numerous cars & such.... all with their distinct personalities that both endeared them to my heart & pissed me off many times over. My last car projects before turning my attention to motorcycles, were vintage VWs. The last three were a slammed 1965 Beetle, a 1967 Panel Microbus, and a 1967 Beetle. I sold the last of them a few years ago when I bought my current project, a 1968 Cadillac Coupe Deville. Unfortunately, it has sat without attention for the better part of 3 years. This hasn't done anything very detrimental to the car except for the mouse family that moved in a winter ago or so. ANYWAY, I have procured proper storage for working on the car so I am now in the "gathering info" mode. The plans for the car are to lower it, & basically use it while rodding it out. With that in mind, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Like i said, I'm looking to lower the car. I am aware of several companies that sell bag systems & such but wanted your thoughts & opinions as to which you would recommend for a car of this weight & which kit provided the best installation. I'm sure I'll have a ton more question as the day roll by. I'll try not to be annoying. So... let me hear what you gues would suggest for the car. Thanx in advance!
