Technical New stromberg big97 issue

    Not sure. I'll check.

    In the meantime, do you have an air filter that will fit vs. the scoop? I'd be curious if taking off the scoop helps anything. If so, I would think that it is a vacuum/air turbulence issue and not a mechanical one.
     
  2. How can you run a return line without a return style regulator? The regulator only allows fuel to return to the tank when the pressure reaches a certain point. With an electric pump it will probably be returning all the time - which should limit any possibilities of "spikes" in pressure or volume. I see no way to use a return line with your current setup. What am I missing?

    I removed the gauge at their end of the fuel log and replaced it with a return line.
    It only happens sometimes when it’s hot.
