I've been away from classic cars for a long time but have taken the plunge again. I bought a basket case 1957 Ranchero that I intend to restore. This will probably be the biggest challenge I've ever taken on. The previous owner stripped the car down totally for a frame off restore and died before he finished it. The body is back on the frame and all the parts are in twenty boxes! LOL! I'm sure it's 99% there but is going to be a brain blower to figure out!
Glad to be here and plan to be an active poster!

    I am new, here, too.
You picked a killer car to build. Also, there are a lot of sights, and books, to help on your car. Look up Shoprat, on the site. He has a stunning Ranchero, and is a cool guy.

    Welcome, from CO.

  11. '57, welcome from Denton. Sounds like you got your work cut out for you, but that is what will make it that much more special to you when you are done. Good luck with it bro.
