New Threads alert

Of late I am receiving alerts on every new thread that is started on the HAMB.
Today I had 50 new HAMB alerts on my Phone.
I don`t want this.
How can I disable this function?

 

If you are using the H.A.M.B. AP.
Delete the AP and reload it.
After reload go to your setting and shut off all your notifications.

Thanks for the help, but I am also getting the "New threads" alerts on my computer.
I have not changed a thing and suddenly I am flooded with alerts.

I have no idea what is happening here....

 

Now I have removed the app and reinstalled it. The New thread alerts on my phone have stopped, but I am still getting them on my PC.
350 alerts in the last 7 days.

 

What browser are you using on your PC? Have you cleared your browser's cache and cookies recently? Maybe try using a different browser and see if it acts differently. Just a couple of cheap and easy things you might try.

 

Try going to your Alert Preferences and uncheck the first 5 boxes. HRP

• Replies to a watched thread
  
  Someone replies to a thread you are watching
  
  
• Attaches a file to a watched thread
  Someone replies and attaches a file to a thread you are watching
  
  
• Quotes your message
  Someone directly quotes one of your messages in a thread
  
  
• Mentions you in a message
  Someone mentions you in a message
  
  
• Likes your message
  Someone likes one of your messages in a thread

Strange thing is, there is no alert preference for "New threads".
