I just wanted to give a public thanks to Tingler for his excellent workmanship, creativity, and quick turnaround in doing this commision painting for me. The build team and I wanted to thank Vic for letting us help build his dream. I have known Vic for over 20 years, and I know his tastes, and his love of all things "Roth". So what better gift to give him, than a Roth inspired monster painting, commemorating him, and his desire to build a full size Kopper Kart, after years of building models, and making resins of unavailable Kustoms. Tingler took my ideas, and refined them into this painting, which we presented to Vic in Detroit. His vision and creativity turned a kernel of an idea, into this wonderful 24"x 24" painting. Vic was surprised, amazed, and speechless, when we gave it to him. Thanks again Vic, and thanks Tingler for helping us (Ron, Daran, and myself) express this! This small picture does this painting no justice, it is marvelous in color, and detail!
That's awesome! Tingler is a WEIRD-O.......all the greats are....... Someday I'll have a Tingler Original hanging in my shop.....
Pictures DO NOT do Tinglers work justice. When i got my shirt from him the difference in the picture he sent and the real thing is amazing. Another great example of J's talent.
You guys rule. Thanks for the compliments. Here's a detail of the painting: Thanks Chopolds for ordering the painting from me.....I'm super glad you liked it. After seeing pics of the Kopper Kart, I was kinda nervous that my painting wouldn't hold a candle to what you guys are capable of.
Well done o'l bean! Jolly good! I can't help but believe there may be a few screws loose under the bonnet but a bonny good performance none the less. The Tingler brush remains true. And that Kopper Kart RULES! You guys whaled on that beast! Nice work.
I've never seen Vic so speechless. He always has something to say (whether it makes sense or not is TBD) but this time, nothing. He just paced around in a circle with a huge smile on his face. Great job Tingler.
mark, i believe i have known you for 26 or 27 years...(but who's counting)...the first thing i did when i came through the door after detroit, was hang that picture in clear view for everyone to see....tingle, what can i say, your work is fantastic!!!!!!!.....later vic
I found a video of it in my stash of about 3 gig worth of photos and video from Detroit. The look on Vic's face is priceless. I popped it up on YouTube, so if this link doesn't work then just go there and do a search for "kopper kart" and you will find it. Here you go...... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XMD9fGVZpvI Daran
