    Hello all,

I've been lurking here for a while, I don't think I've introduced myself, but my memory is getting bad enough that I may have. Well if I have hello again, if not hello. I like this group as it seems to have alot of guys on here who are knowledgable. I hope to add to that and soak some up where I can. Oh yea and I've got a 55' Country Sedan that I've had since high school. Take care.

Hi and welcome. Nice to see another one with the foresight to keep their highschool ride. How long ago since you got your '55? I've had my '56 since I was a highschool junior in 1968.

97' was that time back when I didn't have a worry in the world, but having enough money for gas, insurance and to go to the local In-n-out in my wagon and grab a burger and hang out on a saturday night. Ah the good ol' days...

Breadcrumbs are good.... I use GPS to go from the house to the shop (only 40 feet or so.... can't remember)! It's bad when kids show up for Father's Day and you don't remember having them!!!!

Raceron... I too was a junior in 68.... and 69 and 70 and 71....I was not allowed to p*** my day in school!

HA! :D I was a junior in '68-'69. My absolute BEST year in high school. After that they dam-near hogtied the seniors and we couldn't get away with as much as when juniors.

Diploma says I graduated in '70. Induction papers say I joined Uncle's Air Force in '71. Good thing I have the do***entation to prove it. . .

Hey Geno, maybe you should get a chip? The vet's usually run specials on 'em once a week, for just in case you wander off. . .

But no matter what year it was I guess it was all in what we made of it.

Honestly my best year was my senior year 96-97'. Of course they didn't try to hog tie us ,alot has changed. I still remember the first time I drove her to school I was so excited. Drove it for 2 weeks then some ***hole broke into it, didn't steal anything just being a ****. That was the end of that. drove my dads new 96' 5.0 Explorer to school the rest of the year. That was fun to.

Wow, I drove two different 54 Fords in high school but the funnest HS ride was the 57 Intl S120 4X4 pickup. I'd have half the baseball team in the cab and the other half in the back.
