Hello Casey from Dallas Tx. Wanted to introduce myself. Been a HAMB lurker for some time but joined this group as I'm about to start on my first Ford build. Lots of good info and folks on here! I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions for you guys!
It's a 52 2 door Customline. I picked it up last week...already bought a 302/AOD combo for it. Plan is....really low stance, mild custom w shaved handles, frenced headlights & taillights, etc. Starting w a really solid body so not a bad start.
Welcome. Being a lurker is good, I learned a lot lurking. Then I got my hands dirty and learned even more. Driving is fun, getting dirty is fun, you found a fun place.
Another newbie, at least to this group! I stepped out into the blue oval land for the first time in over 25 years. Not sure if this is going to work for a long time GM guy, but I recently bought a 56 Styleline tudor, with a beast of an engine. I am sure I will have lots of questions going forward! Karfever welcome, sounds like you have made quite the leap. Now with that 406 you'll never want to jump back. Welcome, you'll like this group there is always something new and useful to learn here.
