Hello to all the gear heads out there....1st let me say that I'm a middel aged father of two and love to tinker and restore things in my garage. I've done a 1963 Chevy II Nova rag top, multiple Harleys and currently own a 58 FLH, restored a 59 AMF Roadmaster bicycle for my oldest daughter and she loves it...now its on to a Hot Rod. I started collecting parts but have quite a way to go. I have a set of 34 Ford wheels with Wide White Coker tires mounted on them...they look great, some old 50's aircraft seats...seat belts, cowl and some other small parts. I'm currently trying to trade a tractor for a rolling ch***is so I have something to weld this winter. My intent it to build a mostly period 31 roadster. I read the rules and think they are great...mostly the part about not trashing people and keeping politics and religion out. I've read many posts and have learned quite a bit already...looking forward to many more...thanks for hosting this great site! BART
