    Hi All

I have been a visitor to the HAMB but have only just decided to start posting. I have been building and driving Rods for 10 years and have a 34 coupe as a daily driver.

I am currently finishing off a 34 Sedan which due to the high cost of fuel in the UK runs a 2.0L turbocharged engine.

I have joined mostly for some technical advise on the 34 Ford steel chopped and channelled pick up I am collecting parts for which will have a French flathead, modern gearbox and QC 1940 rear axle with buick drums all round.

All of these 'old parts' are new to me so I am relying on some assistance to make it all work.

As you can appreciate, collecting parts in the UK to build an American rod takes some planning but we do have some good suppliers and an active hotrodding scene in the UK.

So please be gentle with me and thanks in advance for answering my sometimes stupid questions (maybe).

    Thanks

    Rich

  2. Don't worry Rich - some of us will have equally stupid answers to match your questions...

Welcome aboard! Any pics of the daily?
