    Hi Guys,

I have actually jumped on and started posting before i introduced myself, sorry about that.
    Allow myself to introduce, myself.
My name is Kenny and i build hot rods and custom cars, along with muscle cars and restoration work also. If you look me up i have already posted some of my stuff i have done in other threads, like the 37-42 Willys thread.
I lived in Brisbane for a very long time and have recently made the move to Warwick.
I do work on every kind of car, but my p***ion is Mopars and Willys.
Great being a part of the gang.

    Thanks,
    Kenny.

Hi, thanks for the warm welcome. We used to have that saying “the sunshine state” on our Queensland license plates. :)

Well we did have our own Mopars that Australia built and some ***embly also, we are a very self productive country and have some way cool Mopars over here, some of the stuff is nearly identical to the American stuff with slight differences.
But i also have American Mopars and building them is killar when it comes to shipping after i had already gone through the difficult part of buying and bidding in auctions against others, plus when the exchange rate was bad, it seemed i was paying three times the end price for a part once it landed at my door, so yes it does get hard.
    Thanks,:D
    Kenny.

    G'Day Dave,

Thanks mate. I love Brisbane, but it really is much nicer out here in Warwick, do not have the humidity here that Brisbane has. I have plenty of Mopars and i pump out some pretty insane stuff for customers too. Looks like you are a part of the Mopar family i see :D Do you have many more Mopars by chance ?

    Kenny.

    G'day Kenny,

its ****** humid here today but that might be because we just got back from a trip to the sunny coast. From your profile it looks like you've got a decent collection there, it will be cool to see some of your builds.

The desoto's my first and only mopar so far, i've got a couple of other builds on the go as well but the desoto will end up my daily driver.

    Cheers
    Dave

    G'Day Dave,

I have sure got some cars hey. Lucky i have a good woman too, she supports what i do, it is not just a happy wife for a happy life, it takes too to tango, so we are both happy.
In between doing custom cars for other people, i will be making a start on my Panel truck this year, and i will dod a step by step build thread on it, i have some real radical plans for it that will enhance the look of the truck some, along with some real rare parts that i will be using on it also. It will become my rolling business card, along with the customizations i will be doing, i will also do a m***ive two layered flame job over the entire truck, body colour over tradional coloured flames.
I am speculating that you have an EH Holden by some chance ? I am currently doing rust replacement on an EH sedan for a local guy jere in Warwick. I will be interested in seeing what you have in plan for yoir DeSoto buddy. Did you have a look on the 37-42 Willys picture thread, you will see a 1940 Willys sedan that i turned in to a Sedan Delivery for a guy, i is Blue with body colour over Harlequin flames that i did also, have a look and you will see the type of work i do. Or look in my profile and see where i have posted in that thread to help find the pictures.
    Thanks,
    Kenny.
