Howdy all. I grew up on plastic models, didn't sniff the glue. That became building a real '75 Trans Am in HS (1980). Which morphed into an Engineering degree. And another Trans Am while in college. Not much car building since, but I recently bought a 40 Ford parts car, due to inspiration from the HAMB. I have a really cool job building trucks for the Army.

  2. Welcome, the HAMB does inspire and motivate. What are your plans for the 40?

Wellll..... I want to do a 40 truck. I've had it built in my head for years. the stacks of rod magazines all over the house is almost hazardous. The Thing is a 40 Tudor shell on a complete rolling chassis. Sedan body is for sale!! A friend has a SBC tri-power intake that needs a home. And it goes downhill from there ! Current plan is to build the frame while searching for a truck body in decent shape. I also know where a 33 / 34 cab is, so some chassis parts may be set aside for that project:D
