New to HAMB

    I have heard alot about this board, I am a female that does upholstery in a hot rod shop in Illinois. Husband and I have a 54 Chevy <font color="purple"> </font>

    Hown many cars have you owned?? Brands, make, horsepower?.......busted nuckles?......been arrested for street racing...

    Have owned with husband a 54 chevy, 51 Desoto, 60 Chevy wagon, 33 Ford, 63 Buick, 53 Buick, 51 Ford and some beaters- Well, not much of a street racer- but have had my share of busted knuckles, bloody noses and smashed rings.

    Lots of great people and cars here. All very helpful with great sense of humor.

    Intros are a big thing here and rightly so. In your case I think the Intro Militia(tm) were ordered to stand down.

    I know who you and Tim(?) are as well. I'd post a photo but some of these guys don't care for wheels that aren't painted red, if you get my drift.

    Thanks for the great welcome- I look forward to chatting with all of you- We are from west central Illinois between Peoria &amp; Davenport IA. We've been staying really busy in the shop- nothing to exciting lots of resto's!- but hey it pays the bills
