Hey all, Little about me as I'm pretty new. From West Des Moines, Iowa and have been dreaming about getting an old sled to work on. For some reason (doctors haven't been able to diagnose it) I'm drawn to 4 door tanks, generally the bigger the better. First car I bought was a '73 Impala with a great old 350 in it and a 3 speed hydromatic ******(I'm pretty sure, please correct me if I'm wrong as I'd much rather be corrected and right than a know it all who doesn't know anything). Basically I'm here to immerse myself in the culture and hope to pick up some tricks and ideas for the future. My goal right now is to put together something like a mid 60's Fairlane or Mercury Meteor. Have a boat to take a ride in or maybe make a few p***es down the quarter. Anyhow, howdy all.
