Hi all. My name is Lemorris and I'm one of those car art guys lookin for a place to learn and grow. Been drawin cars for a while now, mostly VWs for the last 7 years as that's what I drive (1958 Euro Ragtop) so I travel in those circles. A friend and fellow club member of mine built a hot rod over the last couple of years and he keeps getting on me about coming over here to learn, so I'm here for me and for Matt. I live in Tucson and I work as a multimedia guy at my 9 to 5 and draw when I get home. My wife is an artist, my daughter is an artist, and my son is a film fool like his old man. When I'm not home drawing and making videos I'm hanging with my club friends. http://www.dhpvw.com fun group of guys. I know it's not hot rods but I ain't gonna come on here and not be who I am. I learn a lot from my friends so....anyway. First published piece was in My Wheels in CARtoons the Feb 91 issue. Over the years George Trosley has actually become a friend as well as a mentor and I owe a lot to him. He encouraged me through art school and beyond so big ups to Troz. I have a lot of different types of work but the majority of what I do now is pencil then digital. Linework in either Illustrator or Photoshop and render in Photoshop. I'll throw a couple of builds in this thread in a sec. Like I said...I'm here for the art and to try to learn new lines and stuff so I'll probably lurk in those areas. Sorry for the looooong intro...I look more than post so this is my shot to get it out. Thanks for sitting through the novel. Here's a couple builds. here's a VW toon This looks like a great site. I wanted to send a message to my friend Matt. There! I did it! ...... stop calling me!!!! (jk) -Lemorris
