Hi everyone! I have been here on the HAMB for a while lurking around and now I think it's time to intruduce myself my name is Rik, I live in deep south Texas. I like any car into the mid 50s chevys the most. I have a project a 37 chevy coupe I intend to build into a gasser and have been getting ideas here. This will be a slow progress built
Once again thanks guys for those welcome to the forum. Am I going to do a build thread? I am not sure because of my computer skills. I do not know how to up load pictures. I recall a blue 37 that was a B/G car that ran at Edinburg Speedway other names for the same track Big Valley Dragway, Edinburg Dragway International Racetrack and present day Edinburg Raceway in the late 60s. That car was just too cool. In my opinion cars do have heritage and you can't beat the looks of 37/38 Chevy coupe with the front high a eye catcher and conversation piece. My 37 body is a little rough but she is sweet. I picked the coupe from an older man, he told me the car was from Missouri and he was not able to complete the project. The coupe already had a Mustang II with Granada rotors. Let my journey begin.
