Hey fellow enthusiasts! New to the forum (and forums in general), so bear with me. Finally planning to get started on a project car that I have had for 35+ years and never done much to (except take it apart). It's a 1955 Chevy 210 Del Ray Club Coupe with no interior, motor or trans and I think the original rear end. Now that I am retired, I have time to do some wrenching, but on a budget. To save money, I have an old 1976 Pontiac 455 engine (from a 1976 Pontiac Trans Am I owned back in the day) that I have had on an engine stand since 1985, that I plan to shoehorn into the '55. Still got the Borg Warner T-10 from the T/A as well (the only two things I salvaged from it) that I plan to use for the tranny. Anybody out there ever done anything similar?
