Being stranded in New York for a few months I'm looking for some car related events to take in. Anyone have any leads on any around New York area? Shows, Cruises or Anything would be ideal!
Manhattan....so it leaves me with planes, trains, and no automobile. I'm here on an internship and have no car.
theres usually events in the back of the used car news paper . the name of the paper keeps eluding me .there might be something on metropolitan ave on sundays in brklyn which is right over the williamsburg bridge . I heard that the show on friday nights in bellmore is over . but the one in m***apqua might still be on you can take the long island RR its supposed to be in the train station there on friday nights . i'm sure something is going on
Ed I could be wrong but about 2 weeks ago I drove down Sunrise and didnt see a car in either lot. I know for a fact that the cops were hitting Belmore real hard so everyone just stopped. I didnt know about Masapequa but I drove down past it and didnt see anything there either.

Yeah I'll actually be here until December 1. This is the first in four years that I won't be able to attend Bonneville so I have to find a way to make up for it somehow.
Damn, I didnt realize that either, I thought you were gone after the fourth. Yeah what Slim said and papajohn should help. I dont know of much happening out here on the island anymore. It seems the cops dont want it so everything has been stopped. The Rumblers show in August is always good.
