Well, I'm Ben Carlson, and I think I ran across JalopyJournal back in 1999 when I was living in Dallas, TX. I remember distinctly a cool whitewall tire logo, and also some sort of a skull logo... I think it was called 'muerto' or something... Anyhow, I never got quite around to registering until now, but I'm looking for a new project, and have a bit of knowledge to share (a bit, just a bit! so I figured I'd give it a go. I've already found some pretty cool stuff (aluminum casting at home??!!? Who woulda thunk!! , and some pretty great art work and pinstriping. Anyhow... about me. Well, I just bought my first house last fall in Rock Creek, MN... I sold a Triumph chopper project to fund it (see attachment), sniff... I've got a couple of Model 'A' Tudor's that I'm thinking of selling/trading for a 193x-1959 Chevy/GMC truck project... more on that another day... Anyhow, right now I'm just insulating and sheetrocking the garage as time and money allow... trying to get ready for the winter up here. Take care, Ben Carlson
