Hi Everyone, My name's Gus and I'm from Rochester, M***. Picked up myself a 52 chevy 3100 back in May. I have since then swapped the ch***is to that of a 1997 Dodge Dakota 2wd 5.2L 5 speed. I had the Dakota sitting for a long time and the wheelbase and track matched up almost perfectly with the 52 I found on craigslist. So far the cab, fenders, and grille are mounted, I just need to move the drivetrain back about 5" to fit the radiator and accessories. Most of the rot I have replaced, just working on the rear cab corners now. This is my first real hot-rod project so I'm learning as I go. I'll have to get a few pics up when i get home from work, but it's coming along nicely I'd say. This is one of the most fun forums I belong to, just looking around, a lot of awesome projects!

Keith, you have a daughter that was a year or two ahead of me at ORR? You know Donald and Bobby right? Love your car by the way, always stop and look at it over at plumb Monday nights when its there
Took me forever to find this thread again, apparently posting doesn't automatically subscribe you. Anyways, here's a few pics of what I have so far. Hopefully getting my new motor mounts in today so this weekend I can strip it down to the frame again, and move the drivetrain back. Got a lot of work ahead of me but I love it
