Hi Y'all just stating a new project for my dad. Its a 1953 buick special two door model 48d. It will be getting a total resto and a completly different drivetrain out of a 2009 ford f-150. the donnor truck is a crash test vehicle with only 10 miles on it. He ( my dad ) wanted an old buick with a new drive train so that he could have the looks and the reliability, a resto rod. anyway Im sure ill be asking a lot of questions along the way since this will be my first fram off resto rod. Ive been tinkerin with rods for many years but this ones got to be as close to perfect as I can get it cause its for my dad. See Y'all later.
