Projects newb in need of help

hi guys, im now the new owner of a 1934 plymouth 2 door sedan, i have intentions to do a traditional 50's style hot rod with this ride. one problem that i have is there is nothing more than a bill of sale with the car. im wondering if anyone knows how i will be able to register the car in New York state. any help will be greatly appreciated

 

Your probably going to have to make a trip to the New York D.M.V. for guidance. HRP

 

I thought New York was one of the states that didn't issue ***les on cars that early.
