I humbly apologize for not introducing myself in my 1st post on HAMB. I'm a recently retired welding and autobody instructor from the northern reaches of Minnesota were we only have 90 days between spring and fall frosts. Not much time for cruis'n, but alot of time for building. I have two rods a 35 and 46 Ford. Both are sedans and both are chopped. The 35 has been with me for 30 years and is now going through a complete make-over/upgrade, mustang II frontend,(my first post "11" Granada Rotors"). Thanks to all for the sound advise, and when my ass feels better I might even ask for more help.

  6. No worries on the intro. thing. Just gives everyone an idea if you actually have a smidgeon of interest in or own a rod or kustom...or are just a scenester who hopped on the Rockabilly Bandwagon and ended up here.

Welcome aboard Grant...sounds like you have alot of experience in the areas that are sometimes most needed here. Seems like it's only the hotrodders these days that actually do welding and bodywork instead of panel-swapping. Look forward to you sharing some of your experiences...

35 Fords are one of my personal all-time faves, and I'm secretly jealous of ANYONE who can weld! [IMG]
