Hello all, I'm from Adelaide South Australia, I have several project cars they're all in a state of "semi completion".

    They are :
1- A 1970 VG Valiant pacer coupe (shares body of your Dodge Dart with differing front end)
2- 1972 VH Valiant utility (the one closest to completion)
3- 1976 GD Galant coupe (like your Colt)

I was busy working on the last 2 when I was involved in a motor vehicle accident (I was riding my bike and stopped to help out at a seperate accident scene), where I was hit by 2 cars sequentially that were travelling close to 70mph. Was in a coma for 2 weeks (almost didn't make it past the first couple of days), 3 months total in hospital, still in a wheelchair, though luckily I will regain all movement of my right leg!!
Anyway, I'm close to restarting the old projects...
Why I'm here? Well I know they techniques that are used on hot rods are applicable to the machines I'm working on, so here's to learning!
    And besides: 'rods are cool...
Here's a pic of one of my old Mopars...

Here's a shot I found of my old VG coupe (Dodge Dart). My dads using is as a table ...

It's rust relatively rust free and straight as. Got it for $500 complete, except it was missing the back seat, and it had a 8" hole in the block...

It's actually not by too much... the stampings on the body say '67, but it was sold here in '70... I'll have to just wear this one then... ;)

I'm just glad to see another Mopar owner. In scrounging for parts for mine, I've found that everyone and their mutt sells ford and chevy parts, but if you have a Mopar----"Do I sell what??"...is what I usually hear...ugh.
I've often wondered with the pains I have finding stuff for my Coronet, just how hard do these guys have finding parts for Hudsons or Packards??
    Heaven forbid.
    Anyway, welcome aboard!
