Hey guys, I finally joined and decided it is time for an intro. I had a 10 second 1/4 mile street/strip Monte carlo and decided it was never going to be my old Chevelle from high school so I sold it as a roller and kept the drivetrain. I found a 66 SS Chevelle and have media blasted it and replaced all the bad metal, etc. Basic theme is Gasser/Touring. 6-71 Blown dual dominators, TH400 with brake, gear vendors OD, currie 9" locker, etc. With a nose up attitude and big brakes the plan is for it to turn corners nicely, launch hard at the track and cruise well on the open road.
