Thought I would do a proper intro. I have been lurking around the HAMB for several months now great info. I am 29 years old married and just had a 3 month old baby girl. I work at a local hot rod shop as the primary painter. I do do body work and fab but I have always leaned toward a gun in my hand. I mostly spray PPG. I am really excited to build a rod for myself. My main project is a 1939 ford 1/2 ton pickup. It will be choped, chanelled, and low. Not sure on the paint I thought about the stock Patina but it is hard for me to not want to paint it. I want it old school. I also have a 72 chevy pickup with a 67 front clip. Then there is the 99 mustang and a 2002 Audi A6 twin turbo family car. I hope to post some picture of the 39 any help on that would be great. I also do a lot of custom painting on bikes. I air brush the realistic fire I know it is not traditional but it helps pay the bills.
Yeh evervy once in a blue moon. I have been to the portland rodster show a few times. Did not make it this year . I have a lot of family in portland and suronding areas.
