I have looked at this site some in the past and have wanted to join but lets face it I hate computers (does anyone feel the same). Well lets say I hate to take the time to post, I don't mind looking and reading. I am going to try and change my attitude. I have been working on my 1929 Model A for about a year now it was hot rodded back in the early 80's and it was time for a change. I have stripped the fenders off and put a superbell front end in. It now has still wheels and coker bias ply wide white walls on the car. I had just finished redoing the sb 350 with two demon 98's and a set of lake style headers. I was just about to rewire the car and call it done and I found a 1956 running 330 desoto hemi car for sale and I had to do it. I bought it and hauled it home. This weekend my friend Adam and I pulled the engine and now its on. I am planning on a 6x2 set up for the 330 and I am sure I will have some questions for you guys on the rebuild and who knows what else. Basically I guess I am starting all over again. I look forward to being a member of this forum and all that it offers.
Man do I ever know about thinking I'm done on a car and virtually redoing it again. But that's a part of hot rodding. When you find an engine like that Desoto mill, how can you resist? Sure hope you can put up with the computer enough to shoot some pics our way soon. Best of luck with the rod!
Thanks for the welcome, I will try and post some pictures of my rides as soon as I figure out how to do so. Rich I checked out your site and man is it cool. Looks like you do some great work. I had know idea your shop was so close to me. I am in Albemarle NC. Again thanks to those who welcomed me.
