Hello HAMBers! I live in Lebanon, Indiana and I am a High School Automotive and Engineering Teacher at Frankfort High School in Frankfort, Indiana.
I grew up near Evansville in SE Indiana. My dad was a mechanic when I was growing up and I always helped with his projects. Some of my first memories were freezing, late at night, holding the light for dad while he worked on one of the neighbor's cars or one of his many projects. Once I started driving, I didn't have the money for nice cars so I had to drive cars that needed worked on. I never could take my cars to get worked on and in true tough-father fashion, I had to do the work myself; anything from muscle cars to 4X4s to mini vans. I'm fortunate to have a mentor like my dad to teach me about cars. Now wrenching on cars has become my hobby, passion, and career.

Since, I have moved far away from home but I am still itching for something to work on. I guess I have sacrificed knuckle-skin and brain cells to think I can start my own project.

Any advice on starting a new rod project would be beneficial. I am looking forward to this adventure!
