You're right Dr. J, it does look lower when I'm next to it! We're gonna cut some coils this weekend to even it out. We should be able to go a bit more in the back before we have to do any major surgery. We were planning on taking a leaf spring or two out. We were going to take the bumper and flip it, but couldn't bust it loose with only hand tools. I would like to chop the top, but would need some people willing to help. But that's something I'd like to do really bad, but don't have the knowledge to go on. I have a friend who did this photoshop chop and drop on it though.

We have an electric one on it too, but it didn't seem to pump enough gas alone, so we used both.

The bumpers are okay, but the gril needs some TLC! It's got a dent that needs to be worked out though, it didn't show up in the pic, but it's about the size of a golf ball in circumferance, and about 1/4" deep.
ahhh yea should be able to get it out... is there a way to access the dent from the back side? If so bang it out and you are in business... he can do it anytime.. I will ask him how much... I am guessing about 200 at most. It would look soo good saten red or somthin... later
Well, well, well...Kristy is moving up the kustom ladder one rattle can at a time!! Glad to my see my pals came to the HAMB party. Very cool people and real good friends... I'll call you this weekend! I'm going to Vegas in April. Go check your email! And that Photoshop version is pretty cool is I do say so myself!
Welcome aboard -- there don't seem to be a lot of Chieftans here, so it's great to see another one! Between you and me, they look best with surf racks on 'em. Nice photochop job, I want to chop mine someday, too. Wish I had your back window! Keep us posted on your progress.

It'll be a few weeks before we have any $$ anyway, so it should be smoothed out before then. Thanks a bunch! I think red would look good too.

And for the record, I hate spray cans!! After doing the rest of the body red, my hand had a cramp in it for a week! And I was even using those 99 cent gun attachment things too! But it needed to be lowered before I could do the top with-out standing on it. Can't wait to see you in April!! And Karl still calls you my boyfriend.
