Hey all, FNG here. I like to race cars and now i've started building one. Wile i don't have any traditional "hot rods" i'm big time into cars and trying to learn as much as possible, and i figure that you guys are full of....knowledge, yeah knowledge! lol I'm building a "Locost" its a knock off of an Lotus 7, Caterham. I've built the chassis myself, designed and built the suspension myself. Its been a busy and slow road with a young family and all. Remodeling the old house only to get it done and then selling it. Now i bought a bigger house that needs a bit of work.... So this all takes away from garage time :'( I've had a few cars 1997 Honda Prelude that i learned how to Autocross in. I had that for 8yrs. I changed out all the suspension with Springs and shock, sway bars, shock tower bars, LSD transmission, on and on. I'm currenntly trying to transform the "new" garage from a "parking spot" into a workshop. I've added a 100amp service to the garage tons of outlets, lights, 2 220 outlets, recessed speakers in the ceiling (for comfort), insulation and painted OSB for durability. You can see my progress by following the link in my sig but for a taste here are some pics. End result goal of the car How it currently looks. This was taken as i was packing up the garage for the big move. And this is how it sits now.... Its in there i PROMISE! lol Thanks Ken Corning NY
