Hi, I'm a long time lurker but a first time poster. I've been lurking around this forum for a couple of years and I absolutely love it! The tech threads and the fabricating skills that many of you posses are simply amazing. It's VERY inspiring. To be honest with you I've never had anything to post before this but why should I continue my reclusive behavior? About me: I live in the Albany New York area. I love anything with a traditional (non corporate) Pontiac engine in it. I've got several 1970's Trans Am's but I always wanted a fenderless Model A ever since I saw American Graffiti as a kid. I finally started piecing together a '28-29 Tudor last fall. Someone before me had labeled the door with grease pen "Renee's Hot Car School Special". I'm not sure if I'll keep the name for the car but everytime I look at those greased on words on the door it grows on me. It'll be a long road for me piecing this together but bit by bit I'll get there. I just got back from Vegas a couple of days ago after a week and a half vacation and I had the pleasure of spending an hour walking around Viva Las Vegas show when I was there. I would have loved to have spent more time at the show but I had to run to my step-sister's wedding. I will post my pics of the show in another thread. Nice to be finally posting here.
