Good Morning all, My name is Tom and I'm in Update New York. I been pokin' around the site for a few weeks now and I like the environment, it's got a good community vibe to it so I feel this is the right spot for me. I recently picked up a 1950 Pontiac SilverStreak, all stock, in fairly good shape, 4 Door, Straight 8, (leaks like a sieve of course), fires right up and settles right down. I'm not a stranger to bangin' around in the garage on modern vehicles, however this is my first foray into owning a classic vehicle so I am still green. (Oil bath air cleaner?? Who ever heard of that?? LOL). Anyway I look forward to meeting and learning a thing or two from you and perhaps helping out with hands on stuff (if you are local). Regards, Tom
