Hey guys. My name is Joe and I'm a pilot in training in the Navy. I've always been interested in old cars but mainly trucks. After a few issues of Classic Truck magazine I found an orange 59 Apache on the cover and it hit me like a ton of bricks. So I got the bug and spent many hours online until I found a 59 longbed out of N.Carolina. Needless to say it ended up in my garage and with a little love and care it has become my daily driver.
So, I've done some work to it, and I am definitely learning a lot as I go from amazing friends that I've meet along the way.
I just recently purchased a 53 Chevy truck and I hope to have it driving relatively soon. It will have a bit more of a street rod flare to it than my classic 59.

Well anyways I thought I would keep this short. I just wanted to introduce myself and let everyone know a little about me. I look foward to learning a lot and having a blast with my buddies along the way...[IMG]

Sounds like you've got a couple of great trucks. I've owned several trucks 40's to 70's over the years, there great fun. Welcome to the H.A.M.B.
