Just posting to say hi and introduce myself. Big car nut; mainly high performance sports cars, old Detroit muscle and rods. My grandpa had a '38 Chevy Master Deluxe that he restored and we took to parades and shows until he was too sick and had to sell it, so I've got lots of good memories surrounding old cars, though no trailer queen for me. Been out of college and married for a couple years now and decided it was time to get into rodding. Bought a '50 Ford Custom Deluxe earlier this year, followed by a house and garage for the wife and car, so I haven't had much money to put into the car yet, but it'll come together bit by bit. Car has some frame damage so I've got to take care of that, but hoping to have it on the road again in the spring. I'm a total newb when it comes to this stuff so I'm hoping to learn a lot from this car, metal work, customization, engine work etc... should be a good time. Glad to find a site like HAMB, you guys have some nice rides and I hope to see some of you around.
Welcome from Yucaipa, Ca. 50 looks solid. Should have a lot of fun with that. I have a 50 2 dr that I am currently chopping the top on. Hope to have her back on the road this summer.
